Because our services involve significant time, expertise, strategic planning, and custom digital deliverables, this Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may or may not be available.
Elbine Services operates on a service-based model. Once a project is initiated, our team begins allocating professional resources, conducting research, preparing strategies, and developing digital assets. For this reason, all payments made for services are generally considered final, except in the limited situations described in this policy.
Refunds may be considered only when no work of any kind has been started on the project. If the company has not conducted planning, consultations, strategy development, communication related to project setup, or any form of creative or technical work, the client may request cancellation. Once we have begun any element of work, including initial planning or design discussions, the project is deemed in progress and is no longer eligible for a full refund.
If work has already begun, a refund may be considered only for the portion of the service that has not yet been completed. In such cases, deductions will be applied based on the time invested, the complexity of work performed, resources allocated, creative or technical assets prepared, and any external expenses incurred for the benefit of the project. If a project is substantially completed or if deliverables have been provided in any format, no refund will be issued.
Digital services such as web development, mobile app development, digital marketing campaigns, branding and creative work, SEO services, consulting and strategy sessions, custom software development, UI/UX design, and any form of technical integration are non-refundable once delivered or partially delivered. These services require specialized time, expert labor, and technical execution that cannot be returned or reversed once completed.
Elbine Services offers revisions within the agreed project scope to ensure client satisfaction. If a client identifies a concern with delivered work within a reasonable review period, we will evaluate the issue and provide necessary adjustments that fall within the original agreement. Dissatisfaction based on personal preference, changes in business direction, or requests that exceed the originally defined scope are not grounds for a refund.
If a client requests to cancel an ongoing project, the client is responsible for all work completed up to the point of cancellation. All outstanding invoices for work performed will become immediately due. The client may receive any partially completed work upon request, provided all payments related to the completed portion have been made.
Clients agree to communicate directly with Elbine Services regarding any concern, inquiry, or request related to service quality or billing before initiating a dispute or chargeback with their bank or payment provider. Filing a chargeback without attempting direct resolution constitutes a violation of this Refund Policy and may result in permanent termination of service and additional fees. All chargebacks will be contested with full supporting documentation of work completed.
Refund requests must be sent to our official support email at info@elbineservices.com. The request must include the client’s name, project details, the reason for the request, and any relevant documentation. Our team will review the request carefully and respond within a reasonable timeframe, typically within five to ten business days. Submission of a refund request does not guarantee approval.
Elbine Services reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time to ensure continued compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal quality guidelines. Any updates will be published on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any amendments made to this policy.
